Well done Liz and Paul. Also thanks to Karen and Bob. I'v nearly finished the answer to question 12. I said this was slow and it's the third go I've had at typing this and correcting missing letters. nevertheless, a good evening. Thank you all.
Thanks for tonight. despite our tech issues it was enjoyable tho frustrating. We enjoyed watching the answers and questions roll as we were unable to scroll so most of time a page or so behind. Did anyone else have the same problem?
You're welcome. It's been fun, if frantic at this end. It's great that so many of you took part.
Liz is tonight's winner with lot of points - nearly a third of those on offer - closely followed by Neil and JB.
Now for the image quiz results, we had a number of entries that scored in the twenties but only one person scored the maximum 25 points and that person is Paul Gay. Congratulations Paul. Sorry there isn’t a prize but you can console yourself by knowing that you are the Brain of Belvoir Big Band, at least as far as solving picture quizzes goes.
And finally ....Sport: in tennis, what two-word term refers to a breach of discipline in the ATP/WTA tours that may forfeit a point, a game or a match?
Quotes: which 3-times married British rocker turned crooner said: ‘Instead of getting married again, I’m going to find a woman I don’t like and just give her a house.’
All night I'll be wondering what time it is in China...
Thanks Karen & Bob!
